We currently have two main childcare centers and four on-campus after-school locations (called Depot Express) within four Frenship elementary schools to provide the most convenient options to fit your busy schedule.
Sarah Eulenbach has selflessly dedicated her entire life to aiding in the development of children including her own four boys! She is an experienced educator and possesses both Bachelors and Masters degrees in education.
There's always something interesting, fun, and exciting happening at all of our locations. We have compiled a list of all the important dates you need to know!
We have several payment options for your convenience. Cash, Debit or Credit cards are always an option. For automatic solutions try Tuition Express, where an ACH from your bank or an automatic charge to your credit card saves you time.
Your child will be cared for like family here at Discovery Depot. We strive to provide a place of learning, an attitude of service, and hearts of compassion for each of our children.
Our look may be new, but Discovery Depot has been considered the first choice for childcare in the greater Wolfforth, Texas area for the past 26 years!
We search for people who can consistently meet and exceed the standard of excellence we expect from our staff. We offer flexible working hours as well as a fun family environment!
Mrs. Sarah has been an educator for almost 20 years. She possesses a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a math minor and a Master's degree in Special Education with a gifted emphasis. She has taught 2nd-5th grade Gifted students for 14 years, 5th grade for 2 years, and secondary math for 2 1/2 years. She is an experienced DISCOVER evaluator (a method of identifying gifted children). She and Mr. Jay purchased Discovery Depot in June of 2017, and she has many exciting ideas for the future of the Depot family! You will find her at all of our Depot locations at various times, checking-in and over-seeing operations. She is Mom to four amazing sons.
Mr. Jay is a CPA with 26 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting including 10 years of CFO experience in the oil and gas industry. He possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He's thrilled to be bringing his business expertise to his own company, and he handles all of our financial duties. You'll also find him piddling around with minor projects and repairs at our Depot locations, as one of the boys asked, "Mr. Jay, are you the new handy-dandy man?" If you're lucky, you might catch him reading books to the kiddos! He loves kids (but don't tell him that, LOL)! He is Dad to the same four amazing sons.
Mrs. Tammy has an extensive background in childcare as she has been caring for and educating young children at Discovery Depot for 20 years. She loves children of all ages and has a way of helping them to shine in their best light! She can be found at Discovery Depot or Bennett Depot planning curriculum, handling paperwork, soothing babies, teaching 4 year olds, or jumping in wherever else she's needed. In the afternoons, she is on the FISD elementary campuses directing our after-school programs, Depot Express. In the summers and on school holidays, she is welcoming school-age children into our camp programs. She is a mom to two sons, and a grandmother to one precious mini-me granddaughter.
Mrs. D'Neka has been with Discovery Depot for 8 years. She began as a teacher and has experience teaching in all of our classrooms. She also currently has or has had a child of her own in every classroom! She has served as Curriculum Coordinator in the past as well. She has been the Director at Discovery Depot since August of 2017. She is the face at the front desk, the voice on the phone, and the go-to person for Discovery Depot questions. She handles all of our billing and has been known to forgive a late fee in exchange for a plate of goodies! She currently has two precious daughters, with a third daughter soon-to-be born!
Mrs. Ashlyn has been with the Depot family since August of 2016. She possesses 3/4 of an education degree and is working on completing the remainder of it! She started with us in our after-school program and quickly moved over to Discovery Depot as our Curriculum Coordinator. When Bennett Depot opened in the fall of 2017, Ashlyn moved yet again to manage Bennett Depot. She can be found handling all manner of tasks at Bennett Depot both in our full-day program as well as our after-school program. She still works on curriculum development, so she can also be found at Discovery Depot gathering curriculum ideas and materials. She is Mom to one ornery kitty cat!
Mrs. Kimberly joined the Depot family in June of 2017 and serves as our assistant at Bennett Depot. Prior to being successfully convinced to join us, she was a much-loved substitue teacher for FISD. She is a huge asset to us and brings her expert teaching skills as well as extreme organizational skills to the Depot family. She is full of innovative ideas and energy to implement these ideas! She can be found at Bennett Depot running the front desk, cleaning and organizing toys and storage, or planning menus. She can also be found at Discovery Depot "shopping" for Bennett Depot by raiding the snacks and supplies! She is Mom to three terrific sons.

I have a life-long love of children and teaching. I am thrilled to be able to offer an exciting early childhood and preschool experience for children and their families as well as an engaging after-school program that meets on campus at four Frenship elementary schools. My philosophy of education is that when a strong educational foundation is laid at an early age, children will be better prepared for success both in the classroom and in life. This foundation is a partnership between teachers and families who work together to stimulate learning and encourage exploration.
I grew up in Clovis, NM and graduated from Clovis High School in 1988. I attended Eastern New Mexico University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in 1991. Shortly after college, I married my high school sweetheart, Jay, and we moved to Artesia, NM. We lived in Artesia for 21 years before moving to Lubbock in 2013. We have four sons, Trevor, Drew, Davis, and JJ. Trevor graduated from Frenship High School in 2014 and is a senior at TTU. Drew is a senior at FHS. Davis is an 8th grader at FMS. JJ is a 5th grader at Bennett Elementary.
We here at Discovery Depot think of not only our children but their parents as the life-blood that keeps this company going. Therefore we try to make things as convenient as we can for you in every way possible. We have three ways for you to pay on your account. Tuition Express (click the download button below) is an automatic solution that either drafts your bank account or charges your credit card each time you are billed. Logging on to MyProcare (click the link below) not only gives you access to your account where you can make changes to it, there is a payment button to pay your balance online. You can always come by the center and pay via cash or card swipe. Lastly, we will take credit cards over the phone for a nominal fee.
Discovery Depot was established by Mrs. Kathy Drake in August of 1991. She poured her life into the center and basically raised hundreds of Wolfforth children over the years. She and her husband, Ricky, retired in June of 2017 when they sold Discovery Depot to the current owners, Jay and Sarah Eulenbach.
The main center, Discovery Depot, is currently under-going a remodel. Some of the major changes you will see are:
Please bear with us during this transition!
More extensive interior renovations including new paint, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, and new flooring.
Currently studying the feasibility of adding on-site full childcare facilities at Crestview Elementary and Upland Heights Elementary schools.
